Tony Blair AND Israel
Remember that your "hits" will be listed by date (most recent articles first), but that you can also choose to sort them by relevance.
Discovering Collection — A great database for biographical articles, but make sure you're doing a keyword search for your person.
SIRS Researcher — Do a subject search for "Arab-Israeli conflict" to find full-text magazine and newspaper articles.
